It efficiently accelerates polyurethane foaming and curing, with viscosity ≤150 cP at 25°C for easy processing. Dibutyltin Dilaurate (CAS 77-58-7) is a high-performance organotin catalyst for diverse industrial applications. In polyurethane foaming, it controls the gel time within 90 seconds for flexible and molded foams in accordance with ASTM D7487. It serves as a condensation catalyst for RTV silicone sealant curing to optimize hardness performance complying with ISO 7619. For coatings, it accelerates alkyd resin curing and enhances adhesion properties per ISO 3251. It also acts as a fast-curing promoter in structural adhesive formulations, meeting EN 1465 standards. Exempt from REACH Annex XIV, this product provides professional technical guidance for various application scenarios.
