Product Description of ‌Sodium dehydroacetate CAS#4418-26-2

Sodium dehydroacetate appears as white or pale yellow crystals, odorless and tasteless. It is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and other organic solvents, with a melting point of 190°C.
It has outstanding light and thermal stability. Its aqueous solution still maintains chemical stability after being heated at 120°C for 2 hours, and the solution is neutral or weakly alkaline.
The product is prepared by spray drying. Its purity reaches 98% or higher, with moisture content ≤ 2.6%. It boasts stable and consistent quality, suitable for a wide range of application fields.
