Product Description
Product Description of Aluminum Sulfate CAS#10043-01-3
Aluminum sulfate is odorless colorless or white crystalline solid with a slight sweet flavor; industrial grades are yellowish-green and sour from impurities. Air-stable at room temperature, it dehydrates at 250 °C and decomposes above 700 °C into alumina, sulfur trioxide and steam.
Product Application of Aluminum Sulfate CAS#10043-01-3
Aluminum sulfate is used in histological staining, water arsenate removal, and as a catalyst for lactic acid conversion to acetaldehyde. Blended with graphene hydrogel, it forms a porous adsorbent for defluoridation of water.
