Diammonium phosphate is widely used as an efficient compound fertilizer for vegetables, fruits, rice and wheat, providing nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients. It also acts as a feed additive for livestock and ruminants, a yeast nutrient and a water softening agent. In industry and laboratories, it is used as an analytical reagent and buffering agent, and applied in printing plates, pharmaceuticals and electronic components.
