Molecular sieves are fine white aluminosilicate powders. Zeolites, a special aluminosilicate variant, have an open 3D porous framework that adsorbs small molecules and enhances catalytic reaction efficiency.


Product Application of MOLECULAR SIEVE CAS#1344-00-9

Sodium aluminum silicate is an ultrafine amorphous white powder/beads (density ~2.6, mp 1000–1100 °C). Insoluble in water/ethanol/organic solvents, partially soluble in hot strong acids/alkalis (80–100 °C). 20% CO₂-free water slurry pH 6.5–10.5. Used in coatings, inks, plastics, rubber, leather, papermaking and environmental protection.
