Product Application of Strontium Titanate CAS#12060-59-2
Strontium titanate is extensively used in tunable microwave capacitors, flat-panel and field emission displays, microwave soliton devices, PTC thermistors and varistors. It also applies to magnetic-field-insensitive thermometers, ultralow-temperature scanning microscopes, semiconductive ceramics, pyroelectric far-infrared detectors, as well as alloy and catalyst systems. With a high melting point and insolubility, it is further adopted as strontium-90 bearing material for radioisotope thermoelectric generators.
