Product Description: Isophorondiamine CAS#2855-13-2

Isophorondiamine (IPDA), also known as 1-amino-3-aminomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexane, is a colorless to pale yellow liquid aliphatic amine. It is mainly used as a high-performance curing agent for epoxy resins. In epoxy floor coatings and adhesives, it delivers excellent chemical resistance, low color, and high flexural strength.


Product Application of Isophorondiamine CAS#2855-13-2

Isophorone diamine is a triglycidyl ether epoxy group of aliphatic amine-cured bisphenol A type epoxy prepolymers, namely triethyltetramine (TETA), 1-(2-Chemicalbook aminoethyl)piperazine (AEP), and isophorone diamine (IPD). It is used to treat allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) caused by exposure to epoxy resin systems.
