Polyvinyl chloride paste resin, also known as dispersed PVC resin, is an important category within PVC resins. It is supplied as a white fine powder with an extremely small particle size. The particle size of the dried finished product typically ranges from 30 to 80 μm, while the primary particles formed during polymerization are only about 0.2 to 2 μm. When mixed with plasticizers, the resin readily breaks down into primary particles and forms a stable, paste-like fluid.
