Dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid, also known as LABSA or DBSA，it is an anionic organic sulfonic acid surfactant. It is brown-yellow viscous oily liquid at room temperature, soluble in water and organic solvents. It has excellent wetting, detergency and emulsifying performance with strong acidity, serving as the core intermediate for detergents and daily chemical additives.


Product Application of Dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid CAS#27176-87-0

Mainly neutralized to produce anionic washing raw materials, widely used in industrial cleaners, laundry liquids, dishwashing detergents and laundry powder. It also serves as textile degreasing agent, oilfield auxiliary, coating emulsifier and dispersant.
