Product Description

Products Description of Ibuprofen CAS#15687-27-1

Ibuprofen is a classic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects and mild side effects.
As one of the three mainstream fever and pain relievers together with aspirin and paracetamol, it is a popular over-the-counter medicine worldwide. It is mainly used for pain relief and rheumatism treatment domestically, and less commonly used for cold-related fever.

Product Application of Ibuprofen CAS#15687-27-1

Ibuprofen exerts anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. Though slightly less potent than aspirin and phenylbutazone for rheumatism, it is widely used for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and neuritis.
It inhibits prostaglandin synthase and cyclooxygenase, preferentially suppressing COX-1 over COX-2 to achieve its pharmacological effects.
