Product Description

Product Description of Loratadine CAS#79794-75-5

Loratadine is a second-generation long-acting tricyclic antihistamine for anti-allergy use. It acts fast powerfully without hormones, and is metabolized into more potent desloratadine in vivo.

It competitively blocks histamine H1 receptors to ease allergic symptoms, with few anticholinergic and sedative effects. It relieves allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria symptoms. Animal tests prove it has no mutagenic or teratogenic risks.

Product Application of Loratadine CAS#79794-75-5

Loratadine is a highly selective antihistamine for peripheral H1 receptors, providing strong and long-lasting effects. It is used in the treatment of allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis.

As a nationally classified Class II antiallergic drug, it is applied to relieve both nasal and non-nasal symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis, as well as to alleviate symptoms of chronic urticaria.
